BUENOS AIRES TANGO TOUR: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To complete your registration you must check the agreement box and thereby accept El Encuentro Tango's terms and conditions for the Buenos Aires tango tour.
The payment of the deposit and/or the full payment for a reservation on the tour constitutes consent to all provisions listed under the "Terms & Conditions" section.

DEPOSITS, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A 300 euros (3000 kr) deposit is required to complete the booking.
The full payment of the tour needs to be received no more than 21 days after the initial booking is made and at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
Payments made by you will be refunded in full only if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour will result in the retention of the full fee for the tour.
There will be no refund after travel has commenced or for any unused portion of your holiday, such as accommodations, transfers, meals or tours.
The tour organizers may accept to partially modify some of the activities of the tour (for example, converting many group classes into a single private).
Cost of payment in installments:
- 4 installments (540 kr administrative fee) + fee of the tour (early bird or full)
- 6 installments (620 kr administrative fee) + fee of the tour (early bird or full)
Payments made by you in installments will be refunded in full only if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour, minus the administrative fee and the deposit.
CHANGE/MODIFICATION ACTIVITIES OF THE TOUR
A change or modification of one of the activities of the tour or the accommodation may result in additional costs.
Taxi dancers will be hired until gender balance is achieved in the group, for both classes and milongas. For extra taxi dancers, there will be possibility to hire
PASSPORT AND VISA
All international passengers require a passport, and it is the responsibility of each passenger to have a passport and appropriate visas valid for the entire duration of their trip. Passengers should check with the Argentine embassy or consulate for any entry or exit visa requirements.
ACCOMODATION & ACTIVITIES
The hotels/bed and breakfast bookings selected by our tour might be subject to alterations independently from our will.
Specific bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed.
Persons travelling alone are required by hotels to pay the single room rate. If, for any reason, our tour is unable to provide a suitable accommodation as booked and confirmed, alternative hotels may be substituted and passengers will be informed accordingly.
Local taxi dancers will be provided in case there is an inbalance of roles between leaders and followers, until parity is achieved. If parity is achieved, no taxi dancers will be provided by the tour for the classes and milongas and they will need to be booked separately.
TRAVEL INSURANCE AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
We strongly recommend travel insurance policy of your choice. We recommend that the policy include against loss of deposit, loss of money and damage to personal baggage, as well as appropriate medical coverage.
We decline all responsibility in case of theft, injuries or loss of objects during the activities of the tour.
Tour participants will follow the itinerary at their own risk and agree not to hold El Encuentro Tango responsible for injury or death resulting from accidents. The tour organizers reserve the right to substitute hotels, restaurants, routes or other services listed in the itinerary with comparable services and rates if necessary. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a trip due to circumstances beyond the control of the tour organizers. By reserving space on a tour, tour participants acknowledge that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to perform the activities described in the tour. At the discretion of the tour organizers, participants failing to meet these physical and mental requirements, or participants deemed harmful, potentially dangerous or disruptive to other participants' enjoyment of the tour, may be asked to leave the tour, with no refund applicable.
