You will be asked to choose your package preference and your payment preference. You can find the refund and deposit conditions at the end of the page.
Once we have received your registration form, we will email you and schedule a call with you to answer all your questions or doubts.

2. Pay 3000 SEK/300 € registration deposit to complete the booking

DEPOSITS, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A 300 euros (3000 kr) deposit is required to complete the booking.
For payments in one solution, the full payment of the tour needs to be received no more than 30 days after the initial deposit is made and at least 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
For payments in installments, a digital contract will be provided.
For both forms of paymen the terms outlined below will apply:
- In case of cancellation, a full refund minus the deposit fee will be granted if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the tour begins
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the tour will result in the retention of the full fee for the tour.
Cost of payment in installments:
- 4 installments (690 kr administrative fee) + fee of the tour (early bird or full)
- 6 installments (890 kr administrative fee) + fee of the tour (early bird or full)
Payments made by you in installments will be refunded in full (100%) only if cancellation is made at least 60 days before the tour begins, minus the administrative fee and the deposit.
