THE COURSES

1) ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS 
"The first step": every journey starts with one step. The Absolute Beginners course will cover the basics and fundamentals of Argentine tango "de pista".  The course is designed for absolute beginners who have never danced before and for more experienced dancers who wish to review the basics.

}​2) BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE  
"The fundamentals": the Beginners/Intermediate course will be focused on  extending the fundamentals seen in the previous courses with a focus on giros and an introduction to dynamic alterations.

3) INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED 
"Master the flow": the Intermediate/Advanced course will be on dynamic alterations  (boleos and ganchos) and advanced musicality.

- WORKSHOPS WITH GUEST TEACHERS (ALL LEVELS)
During our course we will have worksops with our guest teachers at a very discounted fee.

OUTDOOR CLASSES

​Let's enjoy tango outdoors in the beautiful season! From mid May onwards, weather permitting, we will have outdoor classes at Björngårdsvillan, Slottsskogen,  and Doktor Håléns park, surrounded by nature and on a wooden dance floor. The classes will be held indoors in case of rain.

ABOUT THE COURSES ​& THE INSTRUCTORS
For the current term, we will host three fantastic guest teachers including one international tango star: the artistic and prodigious Lucila Prego, Tango World Cup finalist in 2021;  the powerful and creative Elodie Labonne (Beginners/Intermediate Monday courses) ; the experienced and dynamic Samira Rosenlundh (Intermediate/Advanced Tuesday courses);

Our courses follow a carefully structured curriculum to give you the skills and confidence to express yourself on the tango dance floor. ​

The course fee includes the entrance to the  social event "El Encuentro Tango Monday practica" every Monday
kl. 20.00  at Viktoriahuset/outdoors location,  for the whole duration of the course. This is an event created to dance with other fellow students, ask questions to the teachers on any tango doubt and enjoy a great time in company.​
